En sentral del av arbeidet var å kartlegge hvilke KI-løsninger som gir høy verdi og samtidig er relativt enkle å ta i bruk. Bemanningsplanlegging pekte seg ut som ett av de mest lovende bruksområdene – med potensial for å spare tid\, redusere innleie og gi bedre samsvar mellom planlagt og faktisk bemanning. Kompleksiteten vurderes som lav til moderat. Denne workshopen bygger på innsikten fra FoU-prosjektet og tar dere gjennom hva som skal til for å lykkes med innføring. \n\n\n\nHelsesektoren står overfor en massiv personellmangel. Å lage turnuser og bemanningsplaner som både sikrer forsvarlig drift og fornøyde ansatte\, er i dag et komplekst og manuelt puslespill for ledere. Denne workshopen ser på hvordan prediktiv analyse og KI kan bistå med smartere bemanningsplanlegging. \n\n\n\nHvorfor gjør vi dette? \n\n\n\n\nEnhetsledere bruker urimelig mye tid på å “fylle hull” i turnus fremfor å utøve ledelse.\n\n\n\nHøyt sykefravær og bruk av vikarbyråer sprenger mange kommunale budsjetter.\n\n\n\nKI kan forutse mønstre i fravær og pleiebehov bedre enn menneskelig intuisjon alene.\n\n\n\nKomplekse arbeidsmiljøregler gjør manuell optimalisering svært krevende.\n\n\n\n\nHva ønsker vi å oppnå? \n\n\n\n\nSe på hvordan kunstig intelligens kan predikere fravær og fremtidig ressursbehov.\n\n\n\nVurdere verktøy for algoritmestyrt turnusgenerering (optimering).\n\n\n\nDiskutere tillit: Hvordan opplever ansatte å få arbeidsplanen sin utformet med hjelp av en algoritme?\n\n\n\nKobling mellom systemer for pasientdata (EPJ)\, kompetansekartlegging og personal/ressurs-systemer.\n\n\n\n\nHvem bør delta? \n\n\n\n\nEnhetsledere\, avdelingsledere og turnusansvarlige i helse og omsorg.\n\n\n\nHR-ansvarlige og hovedtillitsvalgte/verneombud.\n\n\n\nIT-ledere/datavarehus-ansvarlige i offentlig sektor.\n\n\n\nLeverandører av personal- og turnussystemer.\n\n\n\n\nProblemstillinger vi jobber med \n\n\n\n\nHvilke data trenger egentlig en KI for å kunne foreslå en god og rettferdig turnus?\n\n\n\nEr datakvaliteten i kommunene god nok i dag til å ta i bruk prediktive modeller?\n\n\n\nHvordan sikrer vi at KI-systemer ivaretar tariffavtaler\, arbeidsmiljølov og ansattes sosiale behov (etikk i algoritmer)?\n\n\n\nHvordan unngå at KI-planleggingen bare optimerer for budsjett og bunnlinje\, på bekostning av arbeidsmiljø?\n\n\n\n\nEksempler og innspill i workshopen \n\n\n\nKommuner og sykehus: \n\n\n\n\nErfaringer fra prosjekter der prediktive modeller og optimering for ressursstyring er testet (f.eks. fra spesialisthelsetjenesten overført til kommunehelsetjenesten).Leverandører/forskning:\n\n\n\nDet siste fra aktører som utvikler neste generasjons planleggingsverktøy.\n\n\n\n\nHvordan jobber vi i workshopen? \n\n\n\nDemo av mulighetsrommet ved datadrevet bemanningsplanlegging. Dialogbasert gruppearbeid med særlig fokus på samspillet mellom teknologi\, ledelse og partssamarbeid (fagforeninger). \n\n\n\nHva sitter deltakerne igjen med? \n\n\n\n\nTrygghet i dialogen med tillitsvalgte rundt innføring av teknologien.\n\n\n\nKunnskap om forskjellene på tradisjonell turnusplanlegging og systemer med KI/optimering.\n\n\n\nEn liste med forutsetninger (spesielt knyttet til egne data) som må være på plass i egen organisasjon.

Selv om dette arbeidet utvilsomt er viktig\, finnes det også andre metoder og etablert teori for hvordan man kan bruke KI på en sikker måte\, uten at KI’en i seg selv behøver å være sikker. I dette foredraget dikuterer vi en spesifik metode for sikker bruk av KI\, og presenterer utdrag fra vårt pågående arbeid med å etablere et strukturert sikkerhetsargument for slike metoder. \n\n\n\n10:15-10:45 Agentbaserte øvingskonsepter – en live demo av KI-genererte øvelser med innebygd beslutningsstøtte\, Jakob Stendahl\, SafetecØvelser er kritisk for å bygge motstandsdyktighet og evne til å håndtere uønskede hendelser\, enten det gjelder fysiske hendelser eller angrep mot digitale systemer. I år har vi et kreativt teknologisk bidrag\, takket være multikunstneren Stian Melhus\, på deres festdag Barnas Søndag Spesial: \n\n\n\nBarnas festdag på Fredriksten festning – FRI INNGANG \n\n\n\n31. mai fyller Opera Østfold kriker og kroker i Indre festningen med forestillinger og aktiviteter for store og små. Festivalen har fri inngang og er tilpasset barn i alderen 3-12 år. \n\n\n\nOpplev opera\, teater og morsomme aktiviteterGjennom dagen kan barna oppleve alt fra sanselige forestillinger og figurteater til små pop-up-konserter som dukker opp der du minst venter det. La barna utforske blant annet opera\, dans\, klatring\, kostymer og kreative verksteder. \n\n\n\nFestningens serveringssteder holder selvfølgelig åpent.
