Einar Michaelsen is a serial founder currently building AI-native agencies through agencies.no. Einar has worked hands-on with AI and automation for 10 years. He previously built a Nordic competence center for automation and AI in Santander and led AI & Emerging Tech at KPMG.

Michaelsen is the founder of Circular Resale, an AI-native operating system for resale, with customers worldwide. He is also co-founder of Cirkulær, Norway’s fastest-growing chain for curated secondhand, which was named Innovation of the Year in 2024 and Brand of the Year in 2025. 

In addition to chairing the boards of Cirkulær and Circular Resale, Einar sits on the board of Kaps, an investment collective that invests in early-stage startups.
