Eirin Fossberg is the CEO and Co-Founder of Naya Development, a Norwegian company advancing ethical tech by training underprivileged women in India to train AI models for Nordic clients. She moved to Dehradun, India in 2023 to establish Naya’s local team – now a self-sustaining operation with over ten employees.

Eirin founded her first company at age 16 and holds a master’s degree from NTNU, where she led Norway’s leading initiative for student-driven entrepreneurship. Twice nominated for Plan Norway’s “Jenteprisen”, she is known for her value-driven leadership and ability to turn vision into action.
