AI+Business

27. May @ 09:00 15:00

The main conference event for small and larger business leaders.
Designed for European business and tech leaders. Get insight into how AI is shaping strategy, value creation, and competitiveness—today and in the years ahead.

This years AI+ Business will again be hosted by the great Ruth Astrid Sæther.

The program is yet not finished, but we will update as soon as we have go from more presenters.

These are the themes for this years AI+ Business (09.00 – 15:00)

Act 1: Setting the stage
The opening act frames the reality Nordic and European businesses are operating in right now. AI is no longer a future promise or a technical side project — it is a strategic force reshaping competitiveness, productivity, regulation, and leadership.
This act sets a shared understanding of where we are: global AI acceleration, EU regulatory momentum, and the specific opportunities and constraints facing Nordic companies. We explore what AI+ actually means in practice for business, and why now is the moment to move from curiosity to clarity.

Who will perform in this act: Danish Industry, Kongsberg Discovery, and more

Act 2: Becoming better leaders with clever use of AI
AI does not replace leadership — it reshapes it. In this act, we focus on how leaders can use AI as a practical, everyday tool to make better decisions, communicate more clearly, and free up time for what matters most: people, strategy, and culture.
This is about augmentation, not automation. We look at concrete use cases where AI strengthens leadership capabilities, supports teams, and enables smarter organizations — without losing the human touch that defines Nordic management culture.

Who will perform in this act: NILU, Viking Football Club, and more …

Act 3: Nordic Trust and Values as a competetive advantage
Trust, transparency, equality, and collaboration are not soft values — they are hard business advantages. In this act, we explore how Nordic values align naturally with responsible, ethical, and human-centric AI, and how this alignment can become a powerful differentiator in Europe and globally.
With increasing focus on AI governance, ethics, and societal impact, Nordic companies are uniquely positioned to lead — not by moving fastest, but by moving right. This act shows how trust-based cultures create stronger AI adoption, better compliance, and long-term value.

Who will perform in this act: eSmart Systems, 3LC, Simula, Revontulet, and more …

Act 4: The final act
The final act is about action. What should leaders, organizations, and ecosystems do next? We bring together insights from the day and translate them into concrete next steps for businesses across the Nordics and Europe.
This is where inspiration turns into intention — and intention into execution. The goal is not to leave with all the answers, but with a clearer direction, stronger confidence, and a shared responsibility for shaping an AI-powered future that works for business and society.

Who will perform in this act: More to come …

This year, due to our many fellow european participants, AI+Business will be in english.
