The target group for this event is people that work or collaborate closely with any European Digital Innovation Hub. It is organized by NEMONOOR, MIGHTY and DIH4Society. This event will be in english.

As part of the AI+ Conference, we invite European Digital Innovation Hubs to this dedicated half-day working summit. The aim is to strengthen collaboration, exchange experiences, and explore new opportunities for cross-border cooperation within the European EDIH network.

Participants arrive, collect badges and enjoy welcome coffee. This informal time provides an early opportunity for bilateral conversations before the programme begins.

  • Brief overview of the Nordic and European EDIH network in 2025
  • Why cross-border collaboration matters – policy context and opportunities

09:40 – 10:20   EDIH Showcase – Speed Presentations

Each participating EDIH delivers a structured 5-minute presentation followed by 1 minute of Q&A. Presentations should cover:

  • Name, country and mandate
  • Key services offered to SMEs and public sector
  • A best practice or success story
  • Current challenges or needs
  • Areas of interest for collaboration

Format: Facilitator moderates. Presentations pre-loaded on shared laptop. Timer visible to speaker.

10:20 – 10:35   Coffee Break & Networking

Short refreshment break. Participants encouraged to continue conversations from the showcase.

10:35 – 11:30   Roundtable Discussions

Three parallel roundtables of approximately 10 participants each (30 minutes per table). Each table is facilitated and a rapporteur takes notes for the plenary report-back.
