Gurill is CEO of NCE Heidner Biocluster and has a background in building innovation environments where applied AI, digitalisation and industry development meet. Before joining Heidner, she worked at Smart Innovation Norway, where she helped establish a digital catapult centre and test facilities for industrial value creation.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in food science, technology and sustainability, with further education in International Technology Management and Business Innovation. Her work is centered on helping companies and public-sector actors turn emerging technologies into practical products, services and long-term value creation.

Through initiatives linked to applied AI in the agrifood sector, she has also contributed to strengthening competence, collaboration and innovation across business, research and public stakeholders.
