Per André is Head of AI at Frontkom, where he works with private and public sector organisations to implement high-impact AI solutions. At Frontkom, he has led the launch of Tindre.ai – a digital workforce platform.

With more than 20 years of experience as a tech consultant and former CTO, he focuses on taking AI from pilot to production with clear business impact. He is also co-founder of Dignio, a successful healthtech scaleup.

He has been a guest lecturer on applied AI at NORA’s AI Summer School and BI Norwegian Business School’s Executive MBA programme. After the summer, he will begin a PhD at Høgskolen i Østfold titled VIKING – The Path to Responsible and Profitable AI in Norwegian Organisations.
