Rita is Secretary General of NorBAN (Norwegian Business Angels Network) and Co-Founder of Nordic Ignite, where she supports deal flow and early-stage startup investment assessment. She serves on the board of EBAN (2024–2026), contributing to stronger angel ecosystems across Europe and the Nordics. Rita also co-founded WIN (Women Investor Network Norway) and co-partners WIN Ventures I & II, mobilizing women investors to back innovative Nordic companies.

She is a business coach for Charge Incubator programs, a Business Developer at IDN (International Development Norway), and a co-founder/board member of YYOUTH, advancing youth empowerment projects in Norway and internationally.
