Salvador is the founder and CEO of Intelis, a consulting firm specializing in innovation, technology management, and business development. He is also a partner responsible for mentorship and Partner Relations at Aggrator, Norway’s incubator for a cleaner, better world.

A consultant, speaker, and conference host/emcee, his previous positions include Head of Strategy at the satellite equipment supplier Nera SatCom, Investment Manager at Telenor New Business, and partner at Core Group, a consulting firm within telecom, media, and technology.

Salvador contributes regularly in leading media outlets and his thoughts have been published in Shifter, E24,  Finansavisen, InsideTelecom, Telecomrevy, Computerworld, and Innomag. He is also a regular podcast guest with appearances in media like Shifter.no and Hanspetter.info.

He has previously been an external lecturer in innovation and business development at Østfold University College, where students in the course “ICT-based innovation” must develop their own business ideas into a real commercial opportunity and find investors for them during the course.

In addition he has been Mentor for the Lean Startup program, a collaboration between BI Norwegian Business School, Berkeley University, and Inven2, aimed at Norwegian technology-based startups and advisor to Smart Innovation Norway in Halden.
