Sille has worked with entrepreneurship in education for most of her professional career. For the past 18 years, she has been responsible for upper secondary school and higher education at Young Enterprise Østfold.

Young Enterprise is a worldwide organization that develops the value creators of the future. She sees herself as a bridge-builder between education and working life, helping to nurture young people’s creativity and joy of creating. Over 1,500 students start their own youth enterprises in Østfold every year.
