    Michael A. Lundsveen

    Michael A. Lundsveen is a chief engineer, AI researcher, and dedicated educator with a strong focus on generative artificial intelligence. As a chief engineer in Norwegian higher education, he develops and leads courses that make cutting-edge AI both accessible and practical for students, professionals, and leaders.

    Michael is known for his engaging and insightful presentations, and regularly delivers keynotes and workshops on the transformative potential of generative AI in education, the public sector, and business.

    Through hands-on training in tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini, he helps organizations understand and adopt AI in a responsible and effective way. His work bridges theory and practice, and he is a driving force for AI competence and digital transformation across sectors.

    At AI+ Michael is deeply involved in “AI+Offentlig sektor”. You will also meet him at the networking and social events during the week.

    Johannes Saastad

    Johannes Saastad er seniorrådgiver ved IT-avdelingen til Universitet i Oslo, der han jobber med koordinering av IT-satsninger rettet mot utdanning og undervisning. UiOs IT-avdeling har en lang tradisjon for å utvikle egne tjenester for undervisning og forskning, samt å tilby disse til andre deler av kunnskapssektoren og samfunnet forøvrig.

    Våren 2023 utviklet de GPT UiO, et mellomledd mellom Universitetets brukere og ChatGPT som lot studenter og ansatte bruke språkmodellen innenfor rammene av GDPR. Tjenesten er utbredt i kunnskapssektoren, og videreutvikles stadig for å gi funksjonalitet som undervisere og forskere trenger for å bruke den i sitt arbeid.

    Fahad F. Said

    Fahad jobber i skjæringspunktet mellom utdanning, teknologi og kreativitet. Han leder utviklingen av MakerSpace og FabLab ved Høgskolen i Østfold, hvor han veileder studenter og ansatte i bruk av digital fabrikasjon og interaktive teknologier. I den siste tiden har han jobbet med praktisk anvendelse av generativ KI og har holdt en rekke foredrag for utdanningsforbundet, helsevesenet og andre tekniske aktører.

    Jardar Leira

    Jardar Leira er produktområdeleder i Sikt – Kunnskapssektorens
    tjenesteleverandør, hvor han leder satsingen på generativ kunstig
    intelligens gjennom initiativet Sikt KI. Her utvikles tjenester som
    KI-chat og KI-assistent, med mål om å støtte utdanningssektoren i å ta i
    bruk ny teknologi på en trygg og effektiv måte. Leira har lang erfaring
    fra kunnskapssektoren og et sterkt engasjement for hvordan teknologi kan
    styrke læring, samhandling og tilgjengelighet. Han er en aktiv
    bidragsyter i faglige nettverk og konferanser innen teknologi og utdanning.

    Tommy Tranvik

    Tommy Tranvik er seniorrådgiver i Direktoratet for høyere utdanning og kompetanse. Han jobber med digital omstilling i UH-sektoren, spesielt hvordan kunstig intelligens og KI-forordningen påvirker utdannings- og forskningsinstitusjoner. Tranvik er også tilknyttet Senter for rettsinformatikk ved Universitetet i Oslo.

Som sjefsingeniør i norsk høyere utdanning utvikler og leder han kurs som gjør banebrytende AI både tilgjengelig og anvendelig for studenter, fagpersoner og ledere.

    Michael er kjent for sine engasjerende og innsiktsfulle foredrag, og holder jevnlig keynotes og workshops om det transformative potensialet til generativ AI i utdanning, offentlig sektor og næringsliv.

    Gjennom praktisk undervisning i verktøy som ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot og Google Gemini hjelper han organisasjoner med å forstå og ta i bruk KI på en ansvarlig og effektiv måte. Hans arbeid bygger bro mellom teori og praksis, og han er en pådriver for AI-kompetanse og digital transformasjon på tvers av sektorer.

    Linda Sund

    Linda Sund has been building solid networks and relations for collaboration and development throughout her work. She has experience in leading projects that create new public services.

    Since 2017, she has led her start-up, offering services within organisational culture and private businesses. Through this work, she has established a broad network of customers and partners in both public and private sectors.

    Sund is a specially trained nurse, has a certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming and is a leadership & executive coach. Her momentum for increasing her knowledge has been to understand the psychology and behaviour of human beings and how we can collaborate to solve common challenges.

    Linda is contributing to AI+ by sharing the results of the Pilot Project “Fremtidshåp”.

    Mikael Melitshenko

    Mikael Melitshenko is an experienced leader in innovation, business development, and incubation, with over two decades of driving growth for technology companies. As the current Head of Venture at Smart Innovation Norway, Mikael directs strategic development and commercialization of innovative tech companies.

    His previous roles include Head of Incubation and Program Manager of Corporate Innovation where he was instrumental in nurturing startups and integrating new solutions into established companies.

    Previous positions includes leading technology and innovation projects, and as CEO of a Swedish Business Incubator, he focused on strategic growth and support for entrepreneurs.

    Mikael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Marketing, underpinning his expert leadership in technology incubation and strategic growth.

    Stian Melhus

    Stian Melhus is cluster leader for the Cluster for Decommissioning and Repurposing at Smart Innovation Norway, facilitating collaborations and developing a knowledge base for the new industry growing out of Norway’s plans to decommission its nuclear reactors.

    He holds a bachelor’s degree in Innovation and Project Management from Østfold University College with a focus on developing leaders. He has worked actively with marine restoration with local environmental groups, both with practical restoration and with facilitating creative think tanks for problem solving.

    Stian is an energetic people person who loves to create arenas where people can flourish and be creative and share knowledge in large groups. He is passionate about green technology and innovation and dreams about a world where businesses have a circular approach to business and development.

    Håvard Kristiansen

    Håvard Kristiansen has over 25 years of experience in technology development, leadership, and business development, with a background in international companies across various industries. He has an engineering degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA, and has developed extensive expertise in Lean, change management, and digitalization.

    Throughout his career, Håvard has led large development projects, scaled businesses, and established new business areas within the energy sector, oil and gas, construction, and the service industry. He has particular expertise in strategy development, innovation, and the commercialization of technology.

    As a Senior Business Developer, Håvard helps entrepreneurs, growth companies and cluster members identify opportunities, navigate complex markets, and realize their full potential. With a combination of technical insight and commercial understanding, Håvard assists companies in creating sustainable and profitable businesses.
