Tita Alissa Bach is a Principal Researcher in the Digital Assurance research and development program at DNV, with a background in organizational psychology and human factors.
She has extensive experience leading international, interdisciplinary collaborations and works with methods that put people first. Tita has led and participated in projects within precision medicine, digital transformation, risk assessment, safety culture, and cybersecurity culture in various safety-critical industries. Her current research focuses on how AI systems affect individuals, organizations, and society, and how stakeholders, in turn, shape and interact with these systems. By putting people at the centre, she works to promote the safe, effective, and responsible use of AI in critical infrastructure and other safety-critical applications.
