Tone Kaarbø is the Managing Partner of the law firm Ræder Bing advokatfirma AS. She is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day management, leading a team of 100 people, approximately 85 of whom are lawyers.

She also practices as a tax partner and has worked with taxation since 1993, including as a tax lawyer since 2010. Earlier in her career, she held a range of management positions within the tax administration, including senior executive roles. This background has given her extensive experience as a leader working at the intersection of law and systems.
