Viktor is the Information Security Manager at SEleNe CC, one of Europe’s five Regional Coordination Centres supporting the secure and reliable operation of electricity transmission systems across Southeast Europe.
He is responsible for cybersecurity governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance for critical energy infrastructure systems, in alignment with ENTSO-E requirements and applicable EU and national regulatory frameworks.
Prior to SEleNe CC, Viktor was a Cybersecurity Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in technology and digital risk management with a focus on IT infrastructure and cybersecurity compliance for Service Bureaus under SWIFT’s Shared Infrastructure Programme.
Within the Horizon Europe COCOON project, Viktor leads SEleNe CC’s contribution as WP6 Lead, delivering the Secure Regional Electricity Data Pilot, a real-world validation of the COCOON solution in a critical infrastructure environment.
