Professor in organizational psychology at BI Norwegian Business School and adjunct professor at the Norwegian Defense University College, as well as a certified clinical and I/O psychologist

Jan Ketil Arnulf has served as Dean Executive of BI Norwegian Business School’s Executive programs and two periods as Associate Dean of the BI-Fudan MBA program in Shanghai, China.

His research production has centered on digital language algorithms in research on organizations and leadership, as well as the function of language in cross-cultural leadership development. In these fields, Arnulf has provided practical consultancy in these areas to private and public companies in national and international contexts. He has also published a historical work on the Norwegian nuclear projects around the time of WWII.
