Data processing

We also collect personally identifiable information (such as name, email, and communication), payment details (including credit card information) via Checkin, as well as any feedback provided.

How do we use the data?

Data processors and storage
Servebolt is the data processor for AI+ and processes personal data on behalf of our customers in connection with the services we provide. Servebolt is the technical hosting provider for AI+, and information collected through the website, contact forms, and newsletters is stored on separate servers operated by Servebolt.
Smart Innovation Norway, The Pitch AS, and Servebolt have access to the collected information.
Data retention
Information collected through the ticketing system is deleted after 180 days, except for contact information from users who have consented to receive newsletters.
