Hanne Heltne has extensive experience in technology and intellectual property law, with the main emphasis on technology, software, IPR and marketing law issues. She has been a lawyer at Schibsted and Equinor and, for several years, has worked with consultancy and commercial agreements related to research and development, innovation, investments, M&A and various forms of technology commercialisation, as well as handling disputes related to technology and IPR. Heltne works mainly in the technology, media, energy, oil service, fisheries, retail, wellness, and pharma industries.
