Co-Founder and CPO at Naya Development

Nora is Co-Founder and CPO at Naya Development, a startup providing dignified employment to women in Indian slums to process and label data for use in AI. With an engineering background in Applied Physics from NTNU and Instituto Superior Tecnico Lisbon, Nora is completing her MSc. at NTNU School of Entrepreneurship. Despite her youth, Nora has been nominated for “DigIT kvinne 2024” and was a finalist for the “Ung innovasjonspris» in 2023. It is safe to say that Nora’s passion lies in boosting innovation by ensuring gender diversity in technology development, especially in the field of AI.
