Do you wish to host an event during AI+?
As an AI+ Enabler, you can help shape AI+, Norway’s premier conference on artificial intelligence
The main track of AI+ will occur on Wednesday, April 17, at Brygga Kultursal in the form of a conference. The organizing committee facilitates individual events in Halden on both Tuesday, April 16, and Thursday, April 18. Here, companies, organizations, policymakers, and media can organize their own events. We have arrangements with local catering establishments where you can host your events. All events will be listed in the official AI+ program if they are reported to the organizing committee.
Who can be an organizer, and how do you create an event?
Both Norwegian and international businesses are welcome to host their events during AI+. Individuals cannot be organizers but can attend events on April 16 and 18 for free. You can express your interest now by contacting us, and bookings will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Events are booked in blocks of 90 minutes, including setup and teardown time.
The price for one block is NOK 6,000, excluding VAT. This will be invoiced by AI+ via Smart Innovation Norway AS four weeks before the event to ensure efficient use of the event venues. It is also possible to book multiple blocks. Members of the Cluster for Applied AI and partners in the clusters will be given priority.
If you wish to hold a street event or set up a stand in a public place, you must apply for permission directly from the Halden municipality. Such events will not be listed in the AI+ program.
What topics may be relevant for AI+?
You determine the theme and content of your event. AI+ is one of the largest conferences in the Nordics for digitization and applied artificial intelligence. There are no restrictions on industry or theme. However, it is a requirement that the content of your event is relevant to AI+ participants. Content can address challenges, solutions, opportunities, skills, recruitment, examples from your business, experience sharing, debates, etc.
Once you have decided on the theme and content of your event, inform us so that we can include it in the official AI+ program. The organizing committee reserves the right to assess and reject events that are inappropriate or do not serve the purpose of AI+.
