Frode Standal is co-founder and CTO at Kantega AS, an employee-owned Norwegian consulting company. He holds a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Oslo and has 30 years of experience in the IT industry as a consultant and manager. Frode has worked in various domains such as the space industry, oil & gas, bank & finance and public sector.

Jon Espen Ingvaldsen is Chief Consultant at Kantega and Adjunct Associate Professor at NorwAI / NTNU. His work spans across innovation, AI research, and entrepreneurship, with a focus on bridging academic insights and industry applications. Current work concentrates on industrial opportunities around generative AI and large language models and how companies can take competitive advantages by combining pretrained models and unique business data.
