Special advisor at the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions (LO)

Kjetil Staalesen is a special advisor at the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions (LO), responsible for digitalization policy, innovation, research, and the business-oriented instrument system. He has been a member of several government-appointed committees, including Digital 21, the Investment Control Committee, and the Payment Committee. Since 2013, he has been a regular economics columnist for Dagsavisen and worked for 20 years in the Norwegian and international finance industry before joining LO in 2016.
