Associate Professor, Østfold University College

Leonora Onarheim Bergsjø (PhD) is a leading expert on digital ethics in Norway. Her research focuses on ethical risk assessment of digital technology, including artificial intelligence for businesses (e.g., the ENACT-project) and digital home care for patients (e.g., the eCardiacRehab-project). She cooperates with actors both in the public and private sector to create responsible digital solutions.

Bergsjø is also an associate professor at the Center for e-health, University of Agder, the leader of the Norwegian Council for Digital Ethics, and an author and public speaker.
