Nicolai Halbo heads SVW’s highly esteemed Technology and Media division. With profound expertise and extensive experience in digitalization and IT contracts, Nicolai previously held the position of general counsel for the Nordic countries at Capgemini. 

He not only specializes in but also has extensive experience with various aspects, such as ERP agreements and IT projects, AI agreements, cloud agreements, commercial contracts, licensing agreements/models, and general contract drafting.  

Nicolai is deeply involved in the startup sector of the tech industry, serving as a seasoned advisor to early-stage companies on matters such as commercial agreements, licensing models, fundraising, and intellectual property. 

Nicolai has played pivotal roles in numerous major digitalization projects in the private and public sectors. With his sharp business acumen, Nicolai consistently finds effective solutions to complex issues.
