State Secretary, Ministry of Digitalisation and Public Governance (Labour Party)

State Secretary Tomas Norvoll was born in 1972 and grew up in Andenes. He is currently residing in Bodø. In 1993, he was elected as a Member of Parliament for Nordland and served as a member of the Church, Education, and Research Committee for two terms. From 2013 to 2022, he held the position of County Council Leader in Nordland County Municipality. In September 2022, Norvoll was appointed as a State Secretary in the Ministry of Labour and Social Inclusion, and from December 2023, he became State Secretary for the Minister of Digitalisation and Public Governance, Karianne Tung.
